Cool photos Randy!

My vacation this summer has been in the back yard in the pool the last few days.

My first goal was to lose 50 pounds (which I have) and to get off meds.  I am taking only 1/2 of one of the 2 meds I was on for HBP.  I also was able to get my AC1?? down and didn't have to go on insulin.  My next goal is Onderland, very slow going.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

The car show looks like a lot of fun Randy.  I love taking my camera to them and getting some cool shots.  Here's one of my favorites. http://www.flickr.com/photos/pwsammy/2542928361/sizes/m/in/set-72157605399451966/

Q
OTD -- right after surgery I set up a reward system for every 25 pounds I lost.  I'd get a new murano glass bead for my Pandora bracelet after every 25 pounds ... so that was my first goal.  When I was 4 months out I signed up for a half marathon  -- it was a lofty goal in my mind and I really wasn't sure I'd be able to do it.  But I tried anyway.  This year I'm going to do another half marathon.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

Good Morning Randy and Deb and everyone,

I'm having a fruit salad and cottage cheese for breakfast...not really drinking anything right now.

QOTD-My goal was to weigh under 200 lbs.  I met that goal....for 2 weeks.  I have not been able to lose anything for a very long time.  I quit making weight-related goals a while ago when I realized that things just don't always go as they should.
So if I don't have any goals, I guess I am not missing any of them, right?  LOL

Hope you all have a great summer day!
